As you would expect from a well-known professor from INSEAD, the information in this book is well researched, but it isn't a dry read at all. In fact, it is surprising in that it covers 3 big topics in an actionable way.
Her focus is on 3 big areas:
1. Redefine your job to make the biggest strategic contribution.
2. Build your network to improve your odds of success.
3. Growing your own leadership style and changing as you grow.
I won't spoil anything, but you will have several epiphanies before you finish and wonder how you managed before reading this.
