The author of this book might look familiar. I've reviewed one of his other books - The Power of Habit - before. I think this book is as good, if not better, than that.
Mr. Duhigg does an amazing job of telling stories from other people - no doubt it is what made him a successful journalist. He gathers information, presents it clearly and in an entertaining way, and then is able to show how it relates to the reader.
I think it is the ability to show how different people do things, and then giving the reader the information to try it themselves, that sets him apart. It isn't a "system" that I have to follow, but more advice that I get to incorporate in ways I see fit.
If you are like me and always looking for ways to get more done, read this book.
