The pandemic caused a great deal of grief to almost every business and industry. However, I have the habit of trying to make lemonade out of lemons. The experiments that were done will teach us many things - if we take advantage of them.
One of the things we are learning about is how Zoom meetings impact our energy. There were some great articles about Zoom fatigue, but no real studies on what causes it. There has been some interesting research done on the impact of having your Zoom camera on.
How you incorporate these findings will be different based on your situation. What I do know is that if you try to simply make an online or hybrid meeting the same as an in-person meeting, you will fail.
What things are you doing to eliminate Zoom fatigue based on experiments and data?
