Ideas are Everywhere

I do a ton of research on management, leadership, and business. But I also get ideas from very unexpected sources.

For example, I was reading an article about how dogs are used to find bats and birds that are killed by wind turbines. In it, the dog handler was talking about the relationship between the dog and the handler. I got the idea for the fact that an employee has to be a partner with the great manager.

Ideas come from everywhere. We just have to be open to them.
