Setting Expectations

Every manager must set expectations for the individuals the work with. This ensures that work is done effectively and properly. Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as telling someone to do something.

After this course, you will know:

• The question to ask to ensure the expectation is clear
• How to provide effective feedback after the completion of the expectation
• How to overcome the common setting expectations issues
